S’s 5th Birthday

This is my youngest daughter’s 5th birthday cake ~ an owl. Made with Ni’s Million Dollar Cake, covered in a thin layer of jam and whipped cream. We used desiccated coconut coloured with hoppers food colouring, shaved Loving Earth Chocolate, liquorice, dried fruit and an almond for details. We finished the day with some Raspberry Kefir Smoothie Ice-blocks.
