Caramel Choc Nut Clusters

These are a simple but special Xmas treat or gift idea.
Ingredients
- 500g Loving Earth Caramel Chocolate
- 1 cup of chopped activated Almonds (chop length ways) or Slivered Almonds
- 1 ¼ cups of shredded coconut
- 1 cup of diced apricots
Instructions
- Melt chocolate in thermo or in double boiler.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Stir in melted choc.
- Place small spoonfuls on baking paper lined baking tray.
- Place in freezer for 15mins to set firm.
